COVID-19 restrictions imposed by NSW government will require you to check in on arrival – we use ‘NSW Customer Service QR app’ and its quick and easy, in the event you need assistance the staff will be able to help. If you don’t want to use or unable to use your own device, we can easily log in any person via our own ipads and phones.
Patrons will be required to provide evidence of their COVID vaccination certificate or medical exemption. We will not be able to assist you with this at the door and encourage all patrons to have this item before arriving. On December 1st we will welcome all patrons into the venue regardless of their vaccination status.
We provide hand sanitizer at entry points and throughout the venue.
Customers will be required to comply with any public health orders.
Staff will be constantly cleaning tables, high touch areas, toilets and keeping a high level of personal hygiene. COVID marshals will be on duty and we ask that every person maintains appropriate social distancing to assist the venue with compliance.
We have a registered COVID-19 Safety plan and diligently review all procedures to ensure your safety.
